1 . Submits the required requirements to Frontline Personnel for the application and wait for notice of screening from the Human Resource Management Office.

1.1. Issues Notice of Acknowledgement to the client.

1.2. Conducts selection line –up of qualified applicants and post the selection line –up for 15 days within 3 conspicuous places in the Municipality.

1.3. For qualified applicant, the Human Resource Management Office will send out notice for screening.

1.4. Unqualified applicant shall be provided with a notice stating that he/she did not qualify based on the qualification standards and documents submitted.

2 . Receives notice of screening either via email, phone call or letter.

2.1. Sets schedule for Human Resource Management Personnel Selection Board (HRMPSB) Meeting.

3 . Qualified applicant shall join the Human Resource Personnel Selection Board for the screening process and shall wait for the notice of appointment from the HRMO either Face to Face or Virtual Meeting.

3.1. The Municipal Government Department Head I of the Human Resource Management Office shall sit with the Human Resource Personnel Selection Board for judicious screening of applicants.

3.2. Prepares the result of the deliberation or comparative assessment and minutes of meeting.

3.3. Submits the comparative assessment and resolution to the Municipal Mayor for selection and appointment.
