1. Client checks for any vacancy in the bulletin or the Civil Service Commission Website and submit the documentary requirements to the Human Resource Management Office. Post list of vacancies at the HRMO bulletin and the Civil Service Commission website and through posting of vacancies in three (3) conspicuous places in the Municipality. 2. Clients submit his/her documentary requirements to the Human Resource Management Officer. Human Resource Management Officer evaluates the documents submitted by the Client. NONE 5 minutes HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IV
3. Wait for Notice of Screening from the Human Resource Management Officer to be schedule by the HRMO after due coordination with the members of the HRMPSB. Conduct selection line –up of qualified applicants and post the selection line –up for 15 days within 3 conspicuous places in the Municipality. For those who are not qualified, the HRMO shall provide notice to the applicant stating that she/he did not qualify based on the qualification standards and documents submitted. 4. Receive notice of screening either via email, phone call or letter. Send out notice of screening to all qualified applicants for the Human Personnel Selection Board Screening (HRMPSB). NONE 5 minutes HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IV
5. Qualified applicant shall join the Human Resource Personnel Selection board for the screening process. The HRMO shall sit with the Human Resource Personnel Selection Board who shall assist in the judicious screening of applicants. Prepare the result of the deliberation or comparative assessment and minutes of meeting. Submit the comparative assessment and resolution to the Municipal Mayor for selection and appointment. 6. Client/Applicant shall wait for the notice of appointment from the HRMO. The HRMO shall notify the person who was selected by the Municipal Mayor for issuance of appointment. NONE 5 minutes HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IV
