5. BIRTH REGISTRATION (Out of Town Delayed Registration)
The Birth Registration is issued to individuals who were born within the jurisdiction of Manolo Fortich whether it is delayed or on time registration. Birth registration of persons born outside the Municipality may also be facilitated by the Office pursuant to Out of Town Registration.

5. Returns to LCR Office and presents Official Receipt. Records the Official Receipt and advices client to wait for further reply or follow up the document via relatives on the concerned municipality/city.
