| 6. ISSUANCE OF MENRO CLEARANCE FOR BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS PREVIOUSLY ISSUED WITH CONDITIONAL CLEARANCE |
| A frontline service for business establishments that are previously issued with Conditional Clearance due to lacking documents or signed a promissory note to install certain structures to comply with Environmental Ordinances usually for complex businesses. This clearance is issued pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 2019-1255 where every person who shall conduct any business in Manolo Fortich shall secure environmental clearance from the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office. However if the client still non-compliant, Conditional MENRO Clearance will no longer be issued and client is advised to comply first before proceeding to processing of Business Permit. |
