| 23. Application for claim of Indemnity or Notice of Loss for crops and livestock insurance (Farmers who have applied Crops & Livestock Insurance) |
| RA 8175 states that Philippine Crop Insurance Commission is mandated to provide insurance protection to farmers against losses arising from natural calamities, plant diseases and pest infestations of their palay and corn crops as well as other crops and livestock. Through the Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSA) Insurance Program farmers can file their application at MAO. The MAO will pre evaluate as to completeness of the application and submit to PCIC. |
