PURSUANT TO RULE III - (PERMITS AND INSPECTION (SECTION 301) OF THE NATIONAL BUILDING CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES (PD 1096) – BUILDING PERMITS (No person, firm or corporation, including any agency or instrumentality of the govermnent shall construct, alter, repair, convert, use, occupy, move, demolish and add any building/structure or any portion thereof or cause the same to be done, without first obtaining a building permit therefor from the Building Official assigned in the place where the subject building/structure is located to be done. The prescribe application for building permit from (NBC form B-01) shall be used by all applicants.) Permits suplementary to a Building Official shall be applied for and issue by the Building Official. These include Ancillary and Accessory Permits.
