2. Reporting of Children in Need of Special Protection and Children at Risk (CNSP/CAR/CICL) Case

The CNSP shall refer to all persons below 18 years of age, or those 18 years old and over but are unable to take care of themselves because of physical and mental disability or condition; those who are vulnerable to or victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, cruelty, discrimination and violence (armed conflict, domestic violence) and other analogous conditions prejudicial to their development.

Victim, Parent or Guardian, Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC), any person who has personal knowledge of the abuse/crime, Philippine National Police (PNP)-WCPD Manolo Fortich and other Government Agencies and Non-Government Organizations

2. Birth Certificate of the Victim (1 Photocopy)
