The Locational Clearance is issued to the developers as a pre-requisite in the issuance of Building Permit to guarantee that the subdivision plan and its components are in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, National Building Code, PD 957, BP 220, Sanitation Code of the Philippines, and other related laws and policies.
