31. ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL RECEIPTS ON PERMIT FEE FOR TEMPORARY USE OF ROADS, STREETS, SIDEWALKS, ALLEYS PATIOS, PLAZA AND PLAYGROUNDS

Any person that shall temporarily use and/or occupy a road, street, sidewalk, alley, patio, plaza, playground or portion thereof in this municipality in connection with construction works and/or other purposes, shall first secure a permit from the Mayor.
