7. ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

PURSUANT TO RULE III - PERMITS AND INSPECTION (SECTION 308) – CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY No building or structure shall be used or occupied and no change in the existing use or occupancy classification of a building ot structure or portion thereof shall be made until the Building Official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy therofr as provided in this code.

Three (3) copies of duly notarized Certificate of Completion signed by the owner/applicant and signed and sealed by the duly licensed Architect or Civil Engineer in-charge of construction , if the construction was undertaken through a contract, the Certificate of Completion shall be signed by the Contractor/Authorized Manager Officer
