3. CONDUCT OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Sangguniang Bayan, as Quasi-Judicial Body, shall hear a verified administrative complaints against any erring barangay elective official as provided for under Article 125 paragraph c of the Local Government Code of 1991. Hearing of any case is governed by the Code of the Conduct of Administrative Hearing. The Office of the Secretary acts as frontline service provider of receiving complaints and sending notices and orders.

1 . Client files the verified complaints thru the receiving Section of the Sangguniang Bayan.

1.2. The Sanggunian then furnishes copy of the complaint to the Office of the Provincial Governor and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG.)
