1. ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCES AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS

The Sangguniang Bayan, as the legislative body of the municipality, shall enact ordinances, approve resolutions and appropriate funds for the general welfare of the municipality and its inhabitants pursuant to Section 16 of the Local Government of 1991.

1.1. Records all incoming requests/proposals. Scans the documents for records keeping and to serve as hyperlink and reference during session.

1.4. Refers the proposals/letter requests to appropriate committees during session. There are requests that need to be referred to Committee for further discussion and consultation. Thus, committee will schedule a committee hearing relative to the request/proposal.
