A Frontline service in line with R.A. 10121 Section 12 letter C nos. 4, 10 & 15 which states to organize and conduct training, orientation and knowledge management activities on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management that promotes capacitation of individual(s) in basic lifesaving procedures and to disseminate information and raise public awareness about those hazards, vulnerabilities and risks, their nature, effects, early warning signs and counter-measures to promote awareness to the public regarding disaster preparedness.
