2. RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMIT

The Business Permit shall be renewed annually, between January 1 and 20. Penalties, interest, and surcharges are imposed after this period. Business taxes are computed based on the gross receipts/sales or financial statement. Payments may be made annually, semi-annually or quarterly.

Additional requirements if the following documents are already expired: Certificate of Registration (Department of Trade and Industry), Driver’s License, Official Receipt for land transport operators (LTO), Market Clearance, DOT Accreditation for Primary Tourism establishments, License to Operate (Food and Drug Administration (FDA)), Quarry Permit, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Accreditation, Certificate of Public Convenience (LTFRB), and Water Rights Permit (with own source of water), Contract of Lease, Lumber Supply Contract, Wood Processing Plant Permit, and Games and Amusement Board accreditation.
